Our second Tennis exchange trial kick-off for the start of this year’s Wimbledon is anna-naas. Anna-naas is a tennis selection service on the Tipstrr platform providing daily picks from across the tour. Services come & go on Tipstrr but anna-naas is a long running service with over 3 years of validated data. It has also won “Best Tipster of the Month on Other Sports” on numerous occasions during this period. The service has been of interest to us for a while & one we have had our eye on. Anna-naas has been killing the bookmakers for years & so its time for it to square up against the exchanges!
If you are new to Tipstrr you maybe wondering what it is? Tipstrr is a platform whereby anyone can start a betting selection service either free or with a monthly subscription. Users can upload their daily tips & the platform validates the suggested odds are available & confirms the P&L that a Tipstrr has achieved. It allows you to choose tipsters to follow with a degree of confidence that you will achieve similar results. The anna-naas tennis service has been operating on Tipstrr since August 2022 & aside from year 1 has secured strong annual profits ever since. There are not many other tennis services on the Tipstrr platform that have been running for so long & with this much past data available.
anna-nass Service & Selection Process
The anna-nass service provides straight tennis bets focusing on the WTA & ITF tours. Looking at the past statistics you can expect around 8 selections per week, so generally a pick a day. This is very much a focus on quality rather than quantity. Three market types are used. Most selections are “Match Winner”, which is good news for an exchange trail. On the exchanges the ITF markets tend to be low liquidity & anything other than “Match Odds” here would prove very difficult to get your bets placed. The other markets used include “Over/Under Games” & the odd handicap bet here and there. Lets have a look at the numbers for the anna-nass service against the bookmakers…
The service prefers outsider bets with average odds of 2.90 & to date has delivered a 5.6% return against the bookies. A key point here is that anna-nass has been beating Pinnacle which tends to have the sharpest lines across all bookmakers. Other bookmakers have been rarely used by the service in its three years of operation. This is good news for us and as long as the liquidity is there we should be able to match the recommended prices.
Another area of interests in the anna-nass statistics page is the break down of P&L by market type. Whilst the service is very much in profit, it has been the Match winner markets alone that have produced this. All other market types (thankfully fewer bets) are in a negative. Something to consider when we setup the trial.
As with all Tipstrr based services, selections are sent to you by email as soon as they become available & can also be viewed on your Tipstrr dashboard by logging into your account. Pretty much all selections are sent to member at least an hour before the event start time with most provided even earlier than this.
Everything looks solid for this service to transition to the exchanges.
anna-nass Tennis Pricing
The anna-nass service is available at the £29.99 per month price point with multiple payment options available. There are no membership tiers available for this service & there are no trial periods. In my experience with Tipstrr, this is not a bad thing. Generally the services that have been successful over many years do not offer first month discounts as they don’t need to. Their results tend to do the talking rather than low cost introductory offers.
Use Of The Service & The Tipstrr Platform
As anna-nass is part of Tipstrr it users the standard mechanisms for accessing the service. Once subscribed you simply log into your account & select “Account Dashboard” from the main menu. Here you will see all of the open tips for the services to which you have subscribed. The tennis tips from anna-nass will appear here as soon as they are posted. You can also manage your membership here. Every tip posted is also sent to your mailbox for easy access. On the Tipstrr platform there is no contact with the tipster behind the service. You can get general email support from the platform owners but not the Tipstrr. You receive price validated straight betting tips with all past results confirmed so its up to you whether you follow them. You have no real need to contact the service owner directly.
anna-nass Betting Exchange Trial
anna-nass Exchange Trial Bank = £1000
For this exchange trial we will be using a £1000 bank betting 2% of the original bank £20 on every selection. Average odds of each pick looks to be around the 2.5-3 mark so the bank should easily be comfortable with this over the 6 month period.
For this anna-nass exchange trial we have taken the decision to use the “Match Winner” selections only for two reasons. Firstly it is clear that this is where the profit is coming from, with all other market types recording losses. Secondly, the next market used by the service with the most selections is “Total Games”. As anna-nass places a large portion of the selections on the ITF tour, we are likely to get weaker prices in this market due to terrible liquidity on the exchanges. Fortunately, 90% of the selections come from the “Match Winner” market so we won’t be cutting out too much.
